I have error 26:10 ink system and see problem with OOP sensor which is clean and correct, error 53.1:10.
I think problem with OOP paper sensor is firmware because motor dont pull paper A4. Error 26:10 I try cleaned print head .Ploter has error ,printer or ink system is damaged.

Have you followed the recommendations in the service manual on page 79?

In my case, the print head was emptied and the ink sensors were triggered. Filling the print head with ink restored the plotter to work.

I tried ink charge manually,same problem. New firmware, I see error with magenta cartridge,put new cartridge error cyan.Put cyan again error magenta. brrr

53.1.:10 not turn on motor for A4 paper for testing OOP sensor.
Is my encoder disc ok ,dirty?i dont see it?

Which model is correct, which is specified in the topic title, or maybe DJ T520?

Are the cartridges original?
Try replacing a set of cartridges, rather than one at a time

About 53.1:10, the encoder is not the reason, imho
Do you run 2.5 OOP sensor diagnostic from Support Menu?
What about the OOP sensor flag and the FFC cable? Сheck also that the sensor is assembled correctly. Next in line is a Bundle board and Main PCA.

But if the motor does not work, run 2.2 Paper servo

2.2 test paper servo is correct good Ok.
I tried 2.5 test manually with finger,sensor is good,test was correct ok. With paper A4 motor dont pull paper to the sensor and I get error 53.1:10.
2.7 test-line sensor is good,motor turnturaper on and paper A4 go out to the output tray.
-May I 4 contacts on print head of cartridges connect -switch with tin -soldering iron,without little 8 springs?

This may eliminate the ink system error, and you will have to carefully monitor the presence of ink in the cartridges to avoid problems with print quality and not burn the print head without ink.
I don't have any more suggestions about OOP sensor.

I have seen print head,3 vacum adapters above print head are full of inks. inside black adapter I cant see ink but if I try pull ink manually inside, ink leaking around black adapter and make dirty 8 springs contact.

the adapter's membrane may be damaged. If you unscrew the air duct with the chip reader pad, you can check it. Or a crack on the adapter fitting. I have not been able to fix these problems in the available ways-with glue or similar.
By the way, you have to fill the head upside down. with the nozzles facing up, so that the air from the adapter exits through the nozzles. Otherwise, an air bubble remains in the adapter. And you can not create too much pressure, so as not to damage the membrane.

with quick glue I solved membrane vacum below 4 springs, picture in attachment.I have 53.1:10 error but ploter work with A4.T hankyou so much.
